Commis Chef of the Year Competition

Monday 25th March 2019.

Llandrillo College, Llandudno Road, Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay, LL28 4HZ

The competitions will again feature three categories:

  • North West Commis Chef of the Year Competition 2019 (Eric Walker Trophy)
  • North West Commis Pastry Chef of the Year Competition 2019 (Dougie Simpson Trophy)
  • North West Restaurant 4 Skills Challenge 2019 (Rising Star Award)

Further details and the formal application forms will be sent out during the first week of term in January 2019. However, we can reveal that the Eric Walker and Dougie Simpson dishes will reflect some of the work of the great Chef Paul Bocuse.
